I Hop on IH10 at De Zavala has Crestwell's Towing company contracted to sit in the parking lot and tow cars immediately after parking. This is a predatory practice and should not be allowed. My son, driving my car, parked and walked to a nearby bakery and was then going to eat at your establishment. As soon as he walked away, the tow truck driver hooked up my car. My son was back before the car was completely hooked up. That's how little time it took for him to run into the bakery. I will be demanding a refund for the towing from I Hop. This is occurring to many customers and is uncalled for.

Claimed loss: $88.50 for dropping the car from the tow truck

Desired outcome: I Hop to refund the $88.50
