IHOP review: Restaurant environment

I love IHOP, perhaps due to conorvirus concern outbreak the store is not open fully.

This complaint is the majority of loving the restaurant and hope it will open fully ASAP.
1. The store is very slow, everything, temperture over 111 degree on the street and the air- conditioning is only like a fan moving.
2. The outlook of the restaurant, windows and doors are all greasy and did not clean throughoutly and the oily smell you can reconize when you walk into the guest waiting area.
3. The waitress was having hair, skin condition on her head that a lot of hair flaky show out like a dandruff. But she refused and said no one asked her to put on a hair net.
4. And that is about all it. And one more thing is that, I was buying order to go and request they put the food in my plastic container and they refused.
5. They said what ever like your own Rubbermaid container or regular clean container, they will not let you. You have to use there big and bulky and costly to go box. I hate bring those and throw it away after eating the meal. It is so wasted. Does people know and try to concern more or environment protection?
6. Why the store not do cleaning more during the conovarius concern because they is not much business like open fully, but instead open the store half and let it get virus ed.
7. And I believed air-condition need to be on the whole time fully for the staff and walk in guest, cause the staff needed to work beside waitress or something, they have to do additional duty to clean the restaurant. And more and more customer will come and will fight down the conorvirus and more restaurant and people can work early again. No work no reserve. No repair no gain. No reward/incentive no fun job.

9. Today is June 23, 2020, most of the store already fully open, but not iHop?
