Me and my dad went to go get storms thinking they were gonna be big and better than Maccas. When we pulled up everything we paid and every single other ice cream we got was huge and that that Oreo storm was tiny compare to the other ones. This is the second time this is happened and it is not cool if I’m paying for something I expect it to be full full like the other ones in the box you can see how tiny my ice cream was from the photo do better Hungry Jack’s

Ordered burgers without pickles and tomato however the request has been totally disregarded. I am making a complaint this time with photo evidence as this is the third time from the same store this has occurred. If your staff are not trained to read the order and your managers are not enforcing minimum standards then why offer this service? Photos attached.
