First I would like to say my father has been with Choice Warranty for about 20 years with multiple properties of his and this last experience with multiple Choice Warranty Case Managers who represent the company, have been horrible!
My father is retired and has health issues. He and his wife moved to Kanab about 3 years ago. His primary doctors are still in Las Vegas so he travels here frequently.
On May 21, 2025 my father made a claim and Choice could not get anyone tech out to the condo at 7255 W. Sunset Rd. Unit 1061Las Vegas, NV 89113 until May 24, 2025. The report from Airbender A/C & Heating LLC was not submitted and DENIED until May 29, 2025.
When my father was informed that his claim was denied the case manager whom was a female told him and his wife to file another claim or appeal. (I have attached phone logs for when my father spoke with Choice Warranty.) After the second claim was made and Dude Chill came to look at the AC Unit on June 4, 2025, I was there and spoke with tech. Aaron. He informed me that the previous tech aka Airbender took some parts from the unit, did not replace or put the old ones back and left the wires hanging out. I made him take pictures and I attached his report.
June 5th, my father received a call from a very hatful woman telling him that he was not allowed to make the second claim and hung up on him! I then called and spoke with another case manager whom was looking into the claim notes and said that Choice would be able to fix the unit then we were disconnected. Then again Choice calls my father and said the claim is DENIED. The employees that represent Choice Warranty DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING and it is sad.
More calls, more confusion, and more frustration, I then talked to a John aka the case manager who stated to me that the second claim is void and Choice does not have a legal department. Which I know that is not true!
My last call was with Dannell Lott Senior Case manager out of FL. He was disrespectful and did not want to go through the time line of events with me. Then he proceeded to lie and say we never spoke with anyone who told us to make the second claim. He also told me I needed evidence that the first tech took parts and did not put them back. Last he gave me the wrong information for Choice Home Warranty's Legal team.
