The renewal date of our Auto Insurance Policy with *** Insurance through ThinkInsure is on 2021 MAY 17. I sent a written request to cancel our Auto Insurance Policy on 2021 MAY 03, effective 2021 MAY 17 at 12:01am. But, ThinkInsure tried to take out the monthly payment of CAN $196.44 on 2021 MAY 20, even though we cancelled our policy on 2021 MAY 17. The payment didn't go through 'cause we didn't have enough money in our ***, and ThinkInsure gave us back CAN $146.44 on 2021 MAY 27 after *** took a CAN $50.00 NSF Fee. Also, *** charged us a NSF Fee of CAN $48.00 on 2021 MAY 21, which *** gave back to us on 2021 MAY 21 after I confirmed in writing that our Auto Insurance Policy with *** / ThinkInsure was cancelled, effective 2021 MAY 17. ThinkInsure says that *** gave us back the NSF Fee, so the amount we owe is CAN $146.44. Please reply. Thank you.
