Choice Home Warranty review: Save your money and run

I really hate it when Home Warranty Companies take advantage of their customers. DO NOT do business with Choice Home Warranty. RUN! This is the WORST company to do business with. They do NOT care about their customers. I was without a refrigerator for over 3 weeks because they dragged their feet to resolve the issue. When the technician told them my $2500 refrigerator needs to be replaced, they offered me $800 Lowe's gift card. The plan itself was $760. What a smack in the face. Lowes doesn't sell refrigerators for under $1000. So basically, they want me to go from a Stainless Steel 3-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser to a white standard refrigerator. They didn't bother to research how much my refrigerator cost new or used. She said, $800 is the amount they came up with, and that's all they're going to offer me, and basically crossed her arms. Save your money and stress by choosing ANY OTHER Home Warranty company besides Choice Home Warranty. Please tell your friends and family if they have Choice Home Warranty already, they need to cancel and RUN!
