I have given this company chance after chance now im done. I had a work order on 8-17-2025 I sent all documents in , they said my refund would take 30 days so its now 9-23-2025 no check. I called and they are saying I never sent in documents which is a lie and that since I no longer have a policy with them then my time has expired. The only reason I had to pay first is because they also lied from the beginning saying they had plenty of people in my area that were on their list to perform different repairs which is another lie. Upon checking no one wants to work with them because it takes so long to receive their money and they use excuses why they dont pay them or pay them in full. I will continue telling everyone not to use them. I didnt want to put money out after having the coverage but I had no choice. On top of that Im on S.S. and I was looking forward to my refund but I had a strong feeling since I didnt reup with them I wouldnt get my small refund. SHAME ON THEM!
Recommendation: Never use them
