Choice Home Warranty review: Horrible company

This company do not honor their contracts! They deny claims constantly and do not offer to repair or replace anything dealing with HVAC or plumbing or electrical, which is why most home owners would need them. They send out inexperienced repair technicians, that says what they know will cause a denial, then the tech offers to fix the problem on the side after your denial. Have even been told, certain words automatically causes a denial and the tech should use that word if possible when describing the issue back to CHW! This is a scam and scandalous! They do not care about homeowners and make that very clear when speaking with them directly! It's truly a shame!
