Choice Home Warranty review: Do not waste your money with this scam company!

Approx. 3 weeks ago our washing machine broke down and we contacted Choice Home. They advised us a service tech would come to our residence on the next Monday and then later changed it to the Friday before the Monday appt. We were advised the tech would arrive between 8AM and 5PM so my wife had to take the day off from work. When late Friday afternoon arrived we were advised the tech was running late and would not be coming. My wife called Choice Home Warranty and expressed her dissatisfaction with the service and the fact she had to take the day off work. They could care less and scheduled another appt. for a week later. Today ( June 26st) the same thing happened and they claimed they had no opening for the tech until July 16. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM. They are more than happy to take your money but refuse to provide the promised service. My wife has asked for a refund but like everything else associated with his company we will not get any satisfaction.
