I called for service and was upset over the time frame offered. They didn't care. I told them to cancel my service. I never followed up. In the meantime, my credit card cancelled because of fraud at a gas station. That automatic payment to Choice was part of that debit card. I told them to cancel and send a bill for what I owed since they couldn't use card. Since that time, we have had plumber out to our home twice and paid over $600 because we no longer had CHW service. Here's the kicker. just yesterday, they stole $415 from my new debit card that they said are authorized to use for recovery. I went nuts to no avail. I spoke to their resolution folks, no resolution there. Thieves!
