Home Depot review: This is a complaint against 'Sue" in customer service.

I have shopped at this CourDAlene, Idaho Home Depot for 30 years. I now come in almost every day. I have come to know many of your very pleasant and helpful employees, and often I am lucky enough to get a hug!

However, there is one Woman "Sue" who has worked there for many years in

Customer Service who has been nothing but unhelpful, belligerent, and downright rude to me for years. Several times in the past years, I have refrained from contacting you about bad experiences that I have had with her. I will spare you the particulars for now, suffice to say that she has one of the most rotten and foul attitudes that I have ever experienced with someone in a Customer Service position.

I came in the Store on 9/5/2022 at around 4PM, and wanted to get a lock re-keyed that I bought from the store. I asked a pleasant young employee if he could get someone over to the Key Dept to help me. He stated to me that

"Sue" is the one that is qualified to do it, and he went to get her. He came back after talking with her (I saw them talking) and stated to me that there is nobody there that is qualified to do it. I was disappointed.

While walking through the Store, I told one of the older employees my plight and asked if he could help me. The first thing he said was that "Sue does that and he would get her. On the way, he ran into yet another Employee and asked him it he could also do it? Again, this Employee stated that the only that can do it is "Sue".

After explaining to these gentlemen that Sue had already instructed another employee to tell me that there is nobody there qualified to do it, they all got very strange looks on their faces. Finally, one of these gentlemen directly confronted Sue (with me) and told her that I needed a lock re-keyed. Sue looked right at him rather sternly and stated that she is not qualified to do it and 'that was that"! This Employee was absolutely shocked and speechless as she walked away with neither an apology or any form of respect or decency. The Employee apolojized and was rather bewildered.

I however was not surprised. Years of this woman's arrogance and rudeness has taught me what to expect from her. Quite frankly, I am past tired of it and am not going to tolerate this beligerant attitude from her any further. I sincerely hope that this letter reaches the right person that is capable and qualified to give her a serious attitude adjustment before I do. I have done nothing but treat this woman with respect, and have never done anything whatsoever to deserve this constant garbage attitude from her.

Desired outcome: I have literally taken several years of rotten attitude from this Employee, and I would surely appreciate some kind of compensation for my aggravations.
