Home Depot review: delivery and installation of patio door

On August 7, 2018, I placed an order for Patio Door Order # 1-6D42WEB with Home Depot in Toms River, NJ. The patio door was a special order with specific color for indoor and outdoor along with blinds between glass. The door was not delivered and installed till Oct 8, 2018 because the first door came in damaged in September and had to be reordered. On Oct. 8, 2018 after it was installed I asked the installer where were the blinds. He informed me I had to pay extra for that. I placed a call to Gary at [protected]. He informed me that the correct doors would be ordered and it would take another 3 weeks. On Dec 4, 2018, I finally had the correct doors installed. Congratulations it only took 4 months Home Depot get the order completed. I have other work that I need done for my home but instead of improving in customer service Home Depot has been doing the opposite.
