I have lived in elgin for about 5 years now, I have been dealing with heb pharmacy since I moved here back in 2005, and I always have to deal with the fact that the heb pharmacy are always losing my son's medication/ prescriptions that we turn in! I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I can't do that anymore... I am sick and tired of them always losing things and making my son wait on a medication that he needs that day... They are never stocked and I always get the run around on the medications... I am suppose to be able to trust them with things like this and its gotten to the point where I have told everyone I know to not use the pharmacy because of the poor customer service and organization that they give to the community of elgin...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Why were Juaninas orejitas replaced with look-alike Kanake orejitas? The Kanake copycat version is not nearly as light and tasty. Twice I have purchased Kanake Orejitas only to find them inferior and return them for refund.
The manger Nicholas was being rude to another co worker while i was checking out, I would have said something if the other employee hadn't of walked off, he kind of sounded like he was threating her. I couldn't get her name but she was wearing a red sweater.

The shrimp were no means jumbo. I would describe them as small. This was purchased at the HEB on Williams drive in Georgetown, Texas. The large 16 number on the box looks like you are getting 16 shrimp but if you look carefully it's minutes for cooking.
Your employee said I threw the food divider at them. A weekday afternoon. walked away as thou I was? another came and checked out my order., that is what they said the original employee told them. I spoke by phone to a (MIC) Manager in Charge on 11/30/2022 at 8:35p did they tell y'all how this has left me
Your Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese taste awful. I don’t know what you changed, but this does not taste the same at all. I noticed when I bought it this time the box looked different. It’s not good.
Supposed to be an 8 count and I received 7 in my package… I had people over and 1 box should have been enough but someone didn’t get bread due to the shortage I have pics and the upc code I have enclosed pictures and the upc code and I ordered curbside date 5/5/23 pictures included
I was at the local H-E-B and I needed to get a roll of quarters, they had the audacity to say that I would be charged .35 per roll! That is clearly grasping for more ways to squeeze consumers. And don't tell me they are passing on a charge, the bank across the street just traded the 20.00 for two rolls of quarters, as they should!

Your Tamales suck you state that your sodium is very low, but all you taste is salt. This is not a good product where is your quality control; they should not allow this to be put on the market shelfs
This is HEB in Raymondville has no disinfectant station wipes. With the rising virus infections like covid, hantavirus, ebolavirus, and its rising measles cases in the Valley. Raymondville HEB shows no interest in their customers health.
Received a grocery delivery today 7/13 from the Kitty Hawk & 1604 location thur SHIPT, it included a 32oz simple food chicken noodle soup. It had maybe 20 very tiny noodles and not even a tsp of chicken. Pretty much all broth. For the amount they charge it should have been half full of the chicken and noodles. That IS the name of the soup, right?
Lady & 2 kids: I had parked the store provided scooter in the middle of the isle. passing by, said move to the side! it was rude and I was singled out. another gent stopped to thank me for my service. I always stop the Cart in the middle of the isle, thus leaving room/carts. she could have asked us guys to please let her by. I will send receipt.
