I took my Harley in for repairs and was advised the engine was "fried". Was told that if I could provide proof of oil changes for the last 11, 500 miles, they MIGHT honor the extended warranty. ( The warranty provided that if ANYTHING went wrong it would be covered ..this was Not the case. As it stands, I have yet to get anything accomplished for the last 2 years. LET IT BE NOTED: The motor was NOT fried as can be attested to by 3 independent repair shops. It looks Harley dealer was trying to sell a new engine which is not what is needed. Now that the warranty has expired, they feel they have no other obligations. Is it a matter thet they are so large a business that they could care less as to the satisfaction of their customers? Seems that way!

I got a FLH at little river HD in Tifton GA. in 2005. I asked them about getting my motor bult to get more horse prower. They told me if i would order all parts at the time i got the bike and if they did the work it would be cover. At the time i live in Tifton GA. soon after that i moved to IN. I was working at my new job a lot of hr. and did not have time to ride .So the next summer we took off for SD. to the bike run and we got about 100 mi. and the motor was making lot of noise. So we pulled in to Manns HD in IN.they check it out and found the motor was trash. A lot of parts that was to be install in the motor were not the parts that was told to me. They used parts from aftter market shops and would not cover them so it cost me around 6, 000 to get my bike fixed wright and the work that little river HD done was not done right.I would not buy any thing from them unless you take it some were els to be worked on BIG ED. NOT HAPPY
