Hardee's Restaurants review: Staff attitude and burnt or day old sausage on sandwich

At Hardees on Wild Lake Blvd, Pensacola, FL.

On December 5, 2023, my brother was the first customer of the day, receipt time stamp at 5:58 AM.

He ordered biscuits for himself and a Frisco Breakfast sandwich with sausage for me. When I got the sandwich, I heated it for 15 seconds in the micro, when I bit into it, the sausage was not edible it was hard and almost black. I will attempt to send pic below.

We have been there several times in the past and about 5 different times we have had issues. Most of them being the food was not hot. The other issue is the unfriendly attitude with a certain employee named Ashley, she worked the morning shift today, 12/06/2023.

She made a comment to two other employees, "They have a problem with something every time they come in."

She is the one with a problem and shouldn't be waiting on the public. Also, her hair is down to her waist and should be instructed to wear it up or in a hair net.
