Hardee's Restaurants review: Service

I went through the drive thru of Hardee's in Darlington, South Carolina, they were quick to take my order which is an improvement, but I ordered a big cheeseburger combo large got to the window paid for it and got my drink, waited there for about 2 minutes and was asked to pull up so the people behind me can pay, about a little over five minutes after that they got their order and left this I waited a few more minutes watching the time, I backed up to the window and the cashier asked how she could help me, I told her I was still waiting for my order, I paid for it at 11:21am did not get my order until 11:38am, almost 20 minutes in a drive thru is not right, so I'm posting this on every social media platform, I already had a complaint a few months ago about the drive thru service was lousy taking too long to take your order! The person who took my order's name was Queenteshia J, my fries were hot but not my burger, and to to it all off I got a large wanted a Dr pepper but didn't have any, do for a large coke instead, took two drinks and poured it out!
