Hardee's Restaurants review: Customer service

I visit location on Murfreesboro Rd daily. I order a biscuit with butter, they used to have me pay 1.59 per biscuit as sign says but now I get charged 1.68 for the butter which 4 out of 5 days they dont put on biscuit. Everytime I ask if they are sure I get an eyeroll and yesterday I got back out of my car, stood there 4 minutes while employees were yelling and cursing at one another before a shift leader came out of back and re did my biscuits, no apology just gave me my food and walked away. This customer service should have shut down entire store. Im not sure what their issue is but they need proper leadership and complete employee makeover
