I was just at the Hardee's restaurant in Crossville 30 Highland Square, Crossville, TN 38555.

I ordered the new big bacon breakfast sandwich, I was absolutely disgusting as it was cold and had been sitting somewhere for so long the cheese was hard, the egg was cold and crunchy and the bun was dried out so bad it crumbled apart. We also order 2 Phillip cheeses steak burritos that had absolutely no flavor!

Claimed loss: We spent $20

Desired outcome: Either monetary reimbursement or equivalent
