I bought an Indoor/Outdoor rated Harbor Breeze, Key West, ceiling fan last in September 2006. This ceiling fan is over our spa, securely installed over a lattice patio cover (with Plexiglas over the top protecting the fan from water from the elements. We had some recent winds and several of the fan blades snapped off and cut my spa cover in several places. As well as 4 out of the 5 fan arms either bent, twisted and 1 even split 2/3 if the length down the arm.

I have searched and searched for replacement arms, decorative outdoor replacement blades; they apparently do not coexist. I have tried looking for a Harbor Breeze web site, nothing. I looked on Lowes web site and at several stores. I have given in up hope of finding the same finish as the fan I have (brushed/antique pewter), and have considered spray painting new arms, but there are no arms to fit decorative outdoor blades.

I am frustrated that I spent $180 on this fan and my only choice would be to buy a new one? Why by a new one when even though this fan is rated Indoor/Outdoor it held up very poorly. The blades shouldn't have snapped off, and the arms shouldn't have bent or split.

I need some help.

The transition was installed April 5, 2022

They came up on August 3, 2022. They were in probably installed. The installer didn't put tract to lock them in he use colk. Now they want us to pay for the correct transition but why did he put them down if they were wrong size. We have been trying to get this matter solve since Aug 24.

I recently purchased 5 bags of Gypsum with a Gift Card and was not told that they no longer had them, but was not notified they were out. I had to call the Customer Service to find this out. I purchased this with a gift card. They should have send me a e-mail to tell me they were out.

today November 1 the dryer never came I had waited from 10 to 430 unacceptable...

I received a call at 430 they were hour away so I cancelled it...

found a fridge on 10/17/2022 because mine quit.Said have it delivered by 10/19/2022 there were 3 in stock but they wont deliver until 10/26/2022. Why on the website does it have a date that says have it delivered if they cant.

In June 2022 I purchased $3500 of carpet and hardwood at Lowes in Denver, NC. The Lowes associate gave me a rebate form at the time of purchase stating that the carpet qualified for a rebate. I read the rebate form and I had the option of mailing the rebate in, or filing for the rebate on line at the Lowes rebate center. I chose to file my rebate on line on June 25th, to be delivered in the mail. I received a response to my submission ftim the rebate center on June 27, 2022 stating "Thanks for taking part in our Lowes installed carpet rebate" and they were currently processing my submission and it typically takes up to 6 to 8 weeks, but once it's processed we'll notify you it's on it's on it's way. I also received a confirmation number to check the status of my rebate.

On July 24. 2022, I received an email from Lowes rebate Cente stating "Good News!" Your $200 Lowes gift card from your Lowe's installed carpet Rebate registration has been processed and is on it's way to me, and thanking me for being a loyal customer.

A month passed and I checked on the status of my rebate withe the confirmation number provided at the time of my submission. The status showed " rejected" I called the rebate center and was that they had been experiencing computer issues and assured me that my rebate was on it's way. I decided to check on line a week later to see iif the computer issue was resolved and the status had been updated to Accepted. . After a couple of months I called to check again with the rebate center to see if my rebate had been sent out. I was un informed to just be patient that I needed to wait at least a couple of more weeks. I waited an additional 3 weeks and nothing. I called back again to the rebate center and the customer rep said they were referring my issue to their Tier One team and they would get in touch with me via email, The same day I received and email from Teir One requesting a copy of my Lowes receipt for the purchase of the carpet. I replied to their request and submitted a copy of my receipt. After a week I never received a response from Teir One. I contacted Lowes rebate center again and was in formed to continue to wait. It's been 13 weeks from the time I received the email on July 24th from Lowes rebate Center, and I still haven't received my rebate. Why would a large cooperation like Lowes give customers the run around about a rebate offer as a thanks for shopping with them and not honor it?

I signed my contract middle of August and paid in full! I am still waiting for my door to be installed. It is the only door I have to use for my backyard. Excuses everyday by both installer and Lowe's. They took my money fast enough though. I will never use Lowes for anything again. I will also tell everyone I can to never use them

I purchased this Generator and received on the 10/4/22. It was supposed to have a remote control with it which I did not receive in the box. Could you please send the remote for this generator

I purchased a hot water heater a 5/25/02 and due to a faulty installation by the Lowes Contractor ARS, my condo was flooded yesterday, and the entire unit needs to be remediated and the hot water heater installed correctly. This is the 2nd leak and other condos were also damaged by the water leak.

Its a turd bought the warranty apparently I have no damn idea how you get someone to work on it! Im more pissed right now at lowes and how complicated they make this warranty than I am about the fridge! Theyre service is a negative 1 million out of 1-10 at this point!

I have been getting between 6 and 12 e mails every day with promotions of one kind or another. I have asked at least twenty times for this to stop. I am really fed up with Lowes at this time and am getting ready to tell all my friends to never shop there because of the hassle.

have not been able to get the 10% in the last 2--3 months all of the rest of lowes storys give it in surrounding area.even home depot give it a lot of people will go to them ever time they tell you they do not do that any more.got a new cordless dril and the same thing

Lowe’s pushed me to buy the extended warranty through Assurant. Assurant told me they would reimburse me for the washing machine they were unable to fix months ago. Now when I call they hang up on me immediately. This company is a scam and Lowe’s should be ashamed to be a part of it. This is happening to too many people!

a few months ago I purchaed levolo blinds for my sunroom. Ten in all. someone came to measure but just recently one blind is not fiting the window properly. I did not noticte this until the weather got so hot I had to keep the blinds clsed all the time. Can i get a replacemtn at this late date. It has been over 6 months.

I had my cards activated when I received them and now they will not work. Today’s date August 20th, 2022. Lowes in Lehighton, Pennsylvania. 18235. It did ask for pin. I did not get PIN numbers for both cards. Just activated which was verified.

Shopped at your store and purchased a water filter for frig checked out and did not get the military discount since did not qualify find this is happened on many items so now I will shop at Home Depot, your loss ! Lowes on Valencia, Tucson

All I want to do is to delete my ex's employee discount card that is on my MyLowe's account. He still works for the company, so there isn't a change in employment, just trying to delete the numbers in the field for the discount card. Why is this so freaking difficult?

i bought a new refrigerater , icemaker was installed , started leaking,came oiut 2nd time with no parts or new icemaker, was told it is on back order, cant get through to any department or person, this has been since july 9

Lowe's. A very interesting Chinese hardware store with the occasional item imported from the U.S. Poor quality items. If I am going to pay for mediocre products I would rather have it manufactured in the U.S than overseas. Please bring it home.

It is now January 2, 2020 and you are still playing Christmas music. Every time I go into the store, the employees are complaining about it still playing. Isn't it time to stop and give the employees and customers a break? It has been playing non-stop since right around Thanksgiving. Consider the mental health of your employees!

10.08.19 ord a stainless steel fridge, delvd 10.19, didn't like look, called store 10.19 to X chg for white. Advised no prob & they ord in wht. On 10.21.19 cc was chgd for SS $1329.64 & on 10.23.19 cc was chgd for wht $1336.10. Btm line, I've paid for 2 fridges and have 1. Have had 4 delys canceled and have chgd travel plans 2X's. Pls help me.

17 september a secured post in a parking lot struck my vehicle. manager advised he would fix it, he lied and now states theres nothing he can do.
spoke with corporate who advised thought the post is supposed to be secured, they will not pay for damages

Ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator on Black Friday..said it would be delivered on Dec 6... they tried to deliver the wrong refrigerator...did not call to tell me it was out of stock...I had to call customer service for them to tell me the store where I bought it from would be contacting me...still waiting...I am thinking this is a bait and switch..

Bought 6 Harbor Breeze Fans 03/2018, had them professionally installed. The supplied LED bulb in one shorted out pumping fumes into our living room that had us all choking, dizzy with head aches. Had we been sleeping, like we usually are at this time, it surely would've killed us all in our sleep. This happened tonight 11/11/2018.

I had a new deck built less than one year ago. It now has stains which cannot be removed. I went to Lowes to find out how to clean it. Thus far I have spent over $200.00 for products which do not work.

I am requesting a full refund for this deck material. I am submitting receipts.

I also paid the contractor $2170.00 for installation.

I just received a renewal notice for my three year old Frigidaire Refrigerator. Lowe's wants $546.48 for a new 3 year protection plan. This is with a 20% discount. The refrigerator cost me $1, 298.0 I will never buy another appliance from Lowe's.

Never ever is there anyone around to assist. Your there to fend for yourself. When it comes to finding something you need, good luck. Shelves or drawers are so mislabeled or empty. I travel the extra miles to Home Depot. Shouldn't be long before they go away like the other big box stores

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! We ordered a orbit accessories package. We received the WRONG items. We were on the phone at Lowes for over three hours and in the end they said Go **** yourself. From now on we will buying our items ELSE WHERE! I HATE LOWES!

I bought 2 electric breakers and my daughter moved them from where I put them to take back. So when i found them the time frame passed and they wont take back die to a high theft policy. Im not a tyhief and will never shop there again. I used to shop their so often im on a first name basis with several employeesI've been a customer for 25 years.

My Harbor Breeze started making so much noise it was intolerable. I went through the troubleshooting (basically disassemble it) to no avail then called them and they said take it back, no worries. But at Lowe's they acted like it was a rat turd and wanted to swap it or give me a store credit. For a store credit, they scrape all the data off your drivers' license. Hell no. To let Lowe's steal my identity for the fan money, I think not. I ended up abandoning it somewhere near the patio sets and promised myself I would bad mouth them whenever I can.

We bought and installed 2 of the more expensive Harbor Breeze outdoor fans last year. The blade has already snapped off of one and the other the pull cords for the light and the fan have broken off inside the fan so you can't adjust it anymore. A disappointment for fans that were close to $200 each. They are both installed under a covered patio and are well cared for.
