H-E-B review: HEB @ Kirkwood and Westheimer - treated as a thief by cashier

I just came from HEB#33/551. The terminal @ self check out lane had issues and the person who was helping was a high school kid named Sally. She treated me as if I was stealing from the store and I even confronted her. Just because I had an accent, does not mean that I am less than her. I live in this country for 45 years and have PHD. I just came from workout and headed home. I ended up in tears as I walked out the store. This girl should not have contact with public and she insulted me in front of other customers. When I asked her why she is rude, she raised her hand and said "Good bye." in condescending voice. I walked out to my car and someone else approached me and said: she is like that with a lot of people.

I hope someone gets to her and fire her at this point.

Desired outcome: Fire the person who was working at self check out.
