Very interesting - I just looked over the weekend - had similar charges. I called them and they were closed over the weekend. So not only did they charge this month - they have been charging my credit card since January. I don't know how I missed it. So I called my credit card company and it's not being charged as revolving which mean monthly someone is entering my information from TLG*GREATFUN. I called them this morning, pushed zero and demanded to speak to a manager. After getting a speal from the woman on the phone about what great offers they can provide to me - BLA BLA - THIS IS A SCAM! Management credited my Visa for the last four months and said I would have to contact Corporate to reverse the other charges. Call them now... Great Fun - [protected] - and their Corporate Fax number is [protected].
There is a charge on my account and I don't know why. I did not purchase anything from this company.
I have had it!
I have an $11.99 charge on my account - No one will return my calls - THIS has not been authorized - I have resported it to my bank and will report it to Better Business Bureau - Perhaps local NEWS for SCAMS!

Don't know if these numbers will be new to anyone but here are a couple that I have for Great Fun. [protected] and [protected].
Unauthorized charge I believe came attached withclassmates.com (which I did subscribe with). Great Fun and it's sister co. "travelersadvantage.com" that I didn't subsribe to either.
I signed up for great funs with price line and 1.95 was taken out on the 4th of sept. then on 5th sept. 57.61 9853-[protected] Moore9129 Not far well not do business with people like that please give me back the 57.61 NOW
I never signed or agreed to these charges... was renting a car and pop up add came up, but I deleted it ...
I have a charge on my credit card and don't know why.Please remove it

This freaking company needs to be stopped now ! First they rip off your credit card monthy then after closing my account they send me their freaking fraudulant checks in the mail weekly. What can be done about this bogus ### ? "Ready to blow in Illinios"
Great fun has charged my credit card twice for 12.99 at a time and I do not use their services. I have no need for such a membership. I would like for them to refund both charges in full.

My credit card has been charged the last four months with Great Fun. I thought maybe it was from a catalog from christmas purchases, but now I know that isn't the situation. How do I get this taken off my credit card?
Well I think the best bet 4 everyone to do. Is call your local news station and they will air it and try to contact theese people. I also received this card and not sure why?
Apparently these people have been taking money from my account for I have no idea just how long now I happened to check my balance and noticed a charge from Great Fun what a scam, now I have to wait until Mon. to call them
I placed and order with Avon and Great Fun had "great fun" piggy-backing this order. They have been charging me for the past 7 months $11.99 per month. I am LIVID!, and I want my money back from these online predators/thieves.
great fun card s wants to bill us if we dont cancle the free service but when the service is called i cant get through to cancel.

I noticed on my bank statement that I am being charged for something I did not order. I do not know how long these charges been going on but they need to stop. My account is being charged $14.99 a month, and I do not know why.
order shoes on line thru a website and found later that Great Fun had charged my credit card w/o my permission for memebership. Never asked for this - never received anything asking if I wanted it. Did give me a cancellation number & claim it will be removed from my credit card.
As everyone else before me has said I never signed up for this and you can't get them to stop charging your credit card. Truly a scam.
I have had a $12.50 charge to my debit account for two months and I have NO IDEA who this is or what it is about. I am going to put a stop on it today so that when Sep rolls around it won't come out again... however I suspect I am out $25.
I wasn't aware I signed up for any such thing and I seen it on my bank statement. They didn't ask me first that I am aware of. I pulled up their web site and found all sorts of the same complaints. This isn't right.
I got charged 11.99 for a service i did not sign up for. I keep hearing it is from using Fandango. Fandango has no right to use your CC for other unauthorized charges! Check your CC from Great Fun 11.99. This scam is going around quickly
I am also another victim of this Greatfun. Every month they have deducted money off of my account. When I call, the operator says: "mam, you have to call again, this is a bad connection"
I cancelled my membership before the trial period expired. This company has charged my account twice. I have called them again and they assured me this time it would be done and that my account will be refunded in 12 days. This time I got the id # of the person I spoke to.
This company charges my credit card $11.99 for I have no idea what! When I attempted to contact them at the 800 number posted on my bill I was left on hold for several minutes.
I noticed I kept getting a charge for 11.99 each month from this company. I nor my husband ever signed up for this. We don't do that. I have had to close down my acct with my credit card but these people need to be stopped. I was informed that they have done this to others.
I first discovered this charge over a year ago. I called them then and they said that they would stop the charge. I pay my bills electronically so I thought that it was taken care of. I know notice that the charge is still occurring.

I was purchasing an item from Footsmart and by the time I finished my purchase on line a post pops up saying I have purchased a membership with Great Fun...! Now I have a charge of $11.99 a month showing up on my account. I will be getting it BACK!

Company took $35.99 out of my bank account without any authorization.When it came to my attention, I called. I wasn't very happy. I gave the supervisor on the phone my name, address, phone number. When I did this she gave me a address that they had on file with my credit card number (in Arizona, I am in California), then had the nerve to ask me if I ever lived in Arizona when the charge was made(3/14/2008). I told her that Ive been at the address that I gave her for 25 years. Then she had the nerve to ask me if I was sure that I live in California. After 20 minutes of going around and around with this idiot (and thats being nice), she wanted me to fax over my credit card statement from my bank to the company's fax. Then she said after they receive that info, her boss would look into the matter of them taking the money from my account. When I got off the phone with her, I immediately went onto the net and typed in their name. My mouth dropped when I saw all the complaints about TLG Great Fun. I immediately called my bank and put in a complaint with the fraud department The lady in the fraud department called TLG and before I knew it I was on a three way call with the fraud department and TLG. My $35.99 I was told will be refunded back into my account by Thursday morning (3/20/2008) at the latest. You can guarantee that if the money isn't back in my account, they (TLG and my bank) will be getting another call from one very angry female. If you are a Bank of America customer BEWARE! Apparently TLG Great Fun likes to "hit" that bank the most. I am still furious about the whole situation. Still don't know how they got my info to begin with. I don't even shop online and I am careful when and where I use my credit card. Hopefully I will get my money back and I wont have to take this matter further.
