I ain't gonna lie, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with New-Mexico-Catalog. I ordered me some fresh chiles in August and didn't get 'em until a whole month later. And when they finally arrived, they were lookin' pretty sad. Like, I'm talkin' small and withered, definitely not fresh like they advertised.

I even called 'em up to check on my order and they told me they'd be shippin' 'em out "soon." Well, I guess their definition of "soon" is a lot different than mine.

I gotta say, I was expectin' a lot better from a company that specializes in New Mexican goods. I mean, come on, chiles are practically the state vegetable! But I guess they don't care too much about quality or customer service.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend New-Mexico-Catalog to anyone lookin' for fresh chiles. Save yourself the trouble and find a different supplier.

I ordered from New-Mexico-Catalog in late August and it took about two weeks for my order to arrive. I was a bit worried, but I sent them an email asking when I could expect my order and they replied quickly saying it would arrive the week of Sept 17. I was relieved to hear back from them so fast!

When my order finally arrived, I was impressed with how well it was packaged. The frozen chili was still frozen and looked great. I couldn't wait to try it out! And let me tell you, it was super tasty. I loved the flavor and the heat was just right for me. I'm so glad I ordered from New-Mexico-Catalog.

In fact, I loved it so much that I just ordered two more 3lb packs of the frozen chili. I can't wait for them to arrive! I highly recommend New-Mexico-Catalog to anyone who loves chili and wants to try something new. They have great products and their customer service is top-notch.

This website, New-Mexico-Catalog, is not a good place to shop. The customer service is really bad. My brother ordered me some tamales for Christmas, but they didn't arrive until February 5th. They kept making excuses and didn't get them here on time. To make matters worse, they didn't even send them overnight, so they were thawed when they arrived. The label on the tamales said to keep them frozen until you use them, but they didn't follow their own instructions.

I wouldn't recommend shopping with them.

So, I ordered from New-Mexico-Catalog at the end of August. They said they'd ship my order the week of Sept 14, but it's been weeks and I still haven't gotten anything. I've sent them two emails, but they haven't responded. I spent $70 on this order, and now it seems like I'll never get my money or the food. It's really frustrating that this company can just take advantage of people like this. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them at all. One star is too good for them.

I recently made a purchase from New-Mexico-Catalog and ordered both fresh and roasted items. Unfortunately, the communication from the company was not up to par. I was never notified that the roasted items were going to be delayed, which was quite frustrating.

To make matters worse, the company used USPS for shipping the fresh items. When the package arrived, it was just left on my side porch sometime around 7PM with no notice that it had been delivered. I didn't even know it was there until the next day, after the product had been sitting out all night in the heat.

When I reached out to customer service to express my concerns, I was met with a rude and dismissive representative named Linda. She basically told me that it was my problem and that I had no reason to complain. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received.

In the end, I decided to cancel the rest of my order and I will not be purchasing from New-Mexico-Catalog again. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to trying their products, but the poor communication and customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with New-Mexico-Catalog. I mean, they got an F rating with the BBB and have like 80 complaints under David and Linda Taylor. I shoulda checked that out before I ordered 20lbs of Green Chiles from them. It took forever for them to arrive and when they finally did, they were all squished and gross in a big ol' plastic bag. And now they won't even give me my money back or send me a new order. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

I gotta say, I recently ordered some tamales and sauces from New-Mexico-Catalog and I was pretty excited to try them out. But when the delivery date came and went, I started to get a little worried. I mean, where were my delicious treats?

So I gave them a call and they were super helpful. They told me that my package was in "limbo" somewhere out there in the country. But they didn't leave me hanging - they said they would reship everything at their own cost. And get this - they sent it out next day air! That's some serious customer service right there.

When my goodies finally arrived, I was not disappointed. The tamales were amazing - I ordered two different kinds and they were both delicious. And the Colorado Sauce and Green Salsa were the perfect accompaniments. I was so happy with my order that I'm already planning to place another one before the year is up.

What I really appreciate about New-Mexico-Catalog is that they don't have a huge selection of products. It's just enough to make you feel like you're getting something special. And let me tell you, I definitely hit the jackpot with this one.

New Mexico Catalogue is a website that sells Chile, but I had a bad experience with them. They don't use tracking on their orders, so I didn't know when my Chile would arrive. I paid for 2-day priority, but it still took 2 months for my Chile to arrive. I tried to contact New Mexico Chile to find out when to expect my order, but I couldn't get a hold of anyone. When my Chile finally arrived, it was rancid and smelled bad. I never received an email letting me know my order had been sent, and I never heard from anyone. Waiting 2 months and receiving rancid Chile is not worth the hassle. I spent over $100 on my order, and it was a huge disappointment. I advise you to use a professional company that has tracking, especially if you're investing that much money on Chile. Go elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

I done ordered from this company twice. The 1st order was late. I emailed to ask about my ordee and they responded with attitude saying New Mexican food is made from scratch and takes time to prepare. I used to live in NM and it don't take 3 weeks to make tamales! But the food was actually good so I gave them another chance and ordered for Christmas with a Christmas delivery guarantee. My food never showed. Was still waiting on Christmas Eve. They never answered my emails or phone calls. Two weeks later 1 package of store bought tamales (La Bonita Brand) arrived along with 1 package of home made tamales and no Chile Rellenos. I had ordered 2 Chile rellenos. So basically for $120+ I got one item out of the 4 I ordered and two weeks late. I continued to call and email with no response. They could care less. Don't order from New-Mexico-Catalog, they're a scam. Go with Chile Monster instead.

I recently made a purchase from New-Mexico-Catalog and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered a ristra at the end of October and received confirmation of my order on November 4th. However, I was informed that there would be a delay in shipping the ristra due to the need to dry them out. This was disappointing news, and I decided to cancel my order. I waited a few days to hear back from them, but when I didn't, I reached out to them again via email to cancel my order.

To my surprise, I received a response from them stating that they only needed a few more days and the ristras would be sent. I explained that I needed it before winter as it was meant to be a fall decoration for the front of my house. I also mentioned that I had seen plenty of ristras for sale in Portland, OR a few days prior and could have easily purchased them there. I waited patiently for my order to arrive but it never did.

I contacted them again on November 20th to inquire about my refund. I had a feeling that they had not sent the ristras out as promised, as I would have received them by this time. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response from them. I decided to give them one last chance and emailed them again on December 9th, informing them that I would be contacting my bank to file for a chargeback against them since they collected money on my credit card but never sent the merchandise.

Thankfully, my bank was quick to give me a refund and did a chargeback. They informed me that this company was way past the date which they were required to get me my merchandise. I was disappointed with my experience with New-Mexico-Catalog and would not recommend doing business with them. It's also worth noting that they do business as Guacamole's Patio, which was the name on my bank statement for this charge. This company needs to improve their customer service and fulfill their promises to their customers.

This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. I placed an order on December 13th and didn't receive it until February 22nd. I tried calling them at least 15 times and sent them 5 emails, but they never responded. The product I ordered was food and it was supposed to be delivered within 2 days of shipping, but it took 5 days and the food was rotten when it finally arrived. I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from New-Mexico-Catalog.
