I just got a charge for $213.34 & i didn't authorize or buy anything through google Iit was purchased through my paypal account which is set to online line purchases to be taken from my bank account I did a disburse with PayPal & they closed the case stating it was a authorized purchase it was a authorized billing transaction meaning there was a free trial then after that they automatically take the amount in my case $213.34 also called my bank they can't do anything have to go through PayPal & I look on my Google account order/purchase history & there is no purchases or subscriptions or orders so I'm just really pissed cause I can't get a phone number fir google to talk to a customer service agent & google don't have live chats either so don't know what to don? Anyone that went or going through same situation please help me please if you have anyway to contact Google agent to deal with a unauthorized charge on my bank account ? I am very upset that INI lINK hijacked my computer (locked it up and made me call them) and conned me into them crawling all through my IP. They scared me and said I had been hacked. Then, tried to sell me protection. I use a security service, so, I don't know who to believe. They said they work for Windows.
Also, I Despise all the pop up survey links on every damn site I go to. There should be a way to stop this. I pay for extra AD blocker. I don't even know if that service is real.
Google has basically gone to hell with intrusions and unwanted redirects on searches. What's wrong with you, Google? Just let us search what we want without your interference. You're all just greedy and pushy.
I am very very upset about this. I think I should call the FBI to report INI Link?

I Silpha, account holder in SBI bank, my account has been debited by RS 449/- four times, . Rs 1/- one times has been deducted through my debit card on 22-08-2019. Thus a total amount of 1797/- has been deducted from my account without my knowledge and permission . it was made without any OTP . The debit cards is in my custody and I have never share my credentials to anyone

All I know is whats on my statement I get every month for the last couple of months.. Google playrix [protected] ca us is all the information I get besides the money that is being taken out. Ive tried many attemps to fix the problem but I keep getting the run around I really need you to stop taking my money out of my debit card asap or I will have to take other measures.

I bought two gifts cards some time ago. I tried to redeem both but I get `try a different one or learn more ...`. Nothing works. I submitted the request solution of my problem in the online form to fix this issue but every time I submit, I do not get a confirmation or anything that the complaint is actually being processed. It has been over a week that I submitted the online form and did not hear back. There is nothing regarding that on my mailbox or spam box that google at least recognize that it will verify. Meantime I have CAD 100 that I can't use. Please, can you get back to me (and update your system to acknowledge the complaint submission?)?

I have asked my whole household if they have bought and games and such from Google, they have all said no. Peakgames mountain view is taking my money out of my account. Can you guys please think of other words to use for your repeated buttons? For example the word 'Done' is used WAY too many times and any d word letters in english seem to automatically insults dads. I've renamed my entire family because of it. You may not be from the generation with terrible slang, but words like 'download' and 'hardrive' all get made fun of and insinuated at. It seems easy to replace all these words with synonyms and be mature about it all. Perhaps you can invent programs where people can choose their own vocab and icons because the music note icon is also machismo as well as the cell phone icon.
Please hire women and consult with them.

My account was comprised and deactivated 4 months. I have been trying for the entire 4 months to get this issue resolved, without any success at all. Why does Google charges Php 999 on my debit card and it happened two times this month of July 2019. I want my money back it cost 2, 000 pesos. I don't remember I take purchase in google that will cost too big and i'm not purchasing on google. Would please respond immediately with my complaint because it is not right to charge a fee without any notice and please pay me back for what google get in my debit card that cost too big, Php 2, 000.

I have never spent $9.98 on any Google product. This appeared out of nowhere before Google reported a security alert for an unauthorized user. My password was changed and for some reason, I am not able to reset my password since then, so I really do not know what is going on. They accessed my bank card and made the charge. I called my bank to investigate and reverse the charge and had to get a new Debit Card for my account which will take 10 days to arrive. Very upset with all the inconvenience.

On June 28th, 2019, I signed up for the 14-day G Suite trial. A few days later, I felt that the domain I had originally requested was not up to par, so I went ahead and canceled out of the trial with the hopes to return soon with a better domain name to set my business up by. Well, it's now been a month and I still have received back my $12 for the trial cancellation. Nor am I able to log-in into any Google-base webpage to determine what was my "Project ID" or "Billing Number" or something. And I need that information to forward a request to Google to respond. This is ridiculous that a multi-billion dollar company can't produce a user-friendly way to request a refund?!? And it's just for $12?!? It's not like I have billions or even millions at the moment where $12 is of little significance.

On July 20, 2019 this website took $69.99 out of my account & I never use this website and would like for you to return my money, I would like to be contacted on my email as soon as possible or notified that this issue is being look at and possibly being resolve and my money is being returned, My email address [protected]@outlook.com hopefully this issue is settled soon and I want have to take legal action. My bank tried making contact with them but there wasn't any response please help me on this issue .

There are repeated attempts sby some fools connecgted with Google in some manner to 'update' my google account. I did update on purpose about a month ago, but I still get these D*** calls.
2 times today - once this morning and again about 2:37 PM CDT
Google has gone to hell in a hand basket - or at least in hiring folks who are great at annoying customers.
I continue to look for ways to work around Google whenever possible.

google has been taking fees out of my checking account per a debit card in various amounts each month. The charges range from a couple of dollars to about 200.00They all have this # on them Google ADS 85413cc@ google.comca These are unauthorized charges on my account and I am reporting this to my bank, Stop these charges immediately and it would be nice if google refunded my money.

Hello, my name is Brandy Redd. On 7/18/19 around 9:30pm a charge was shown as pending on my bank account in the amount of $1.99, in which I did not purchase anything on Google for that charge to show up. Then there's today, 7/19/19, I now have 3 pending charges waiting to come out of my account in the amounts of $1.99, $4.99 and $1.99. These charges are fraudulent and I am demanding an explanation on this. I did not authorize anyone to use my card and as a matter of fact, the 2 cards that were linked on my Google account were so out of date that how someone is using my current card, I have no idea. I want a refund of my money in the total amount of each transaction that has occurred without my authorization. And the total amount, so far, is $10.96. If this does not get resolved, and I continue to have charges trying to come out of my account I will take this a step forward to my local police department. I have already notified my bank of these fraudulent charges and they are currently investigating the situation as well. I will be waiting on a reply. Thank you!

Google igg mobile game got unauthorised transaction through my credit card in 07/07/2019 amount - 8000.00 rupees. I not get any type of otp and massage. Please refund my deducted money. They deducted money in 4 steps first charge 1599.00 rupees then 1599 rupees, then 3999 rupees then 799 rupees. Resloved my problem otherwise I done a file in consumer forum. I attached a statement of details of my deducted amount by google igg mobile game.
