Goodwill Industries review: Customer service/cashier

Visited the store at 1704 North Honore Avenue in Sarasota, FL 34235 Phone: 941-487-3561 Cashier: Carol
Carol asked me if I was part of their newsletter and I said yes. She couldn't find me three times. Looked me up by phone number and still couldn't find me. I visit this store three times a week and never have had a problem with them not finding me in your system. She said she could add me and I said why add me when I am already in the system? I said no I have places to be and just check me out. I will follow up with the manager at a later time. She was rude, throwing things in our bag and constantly begged me to just let her add me to her system. When I say NO I mean no. No more just keep checking me out. I was so disgusted and will not be back to that store.
