On monday 11-4-19 customer waited one hour before store opened in freezing weather. Store opens at 9am and employees open the door that their co-worker (who just got there approx. 8:55am) is standing at before opening the door that the customer who waited 1 hour.co worker gets helped with all the expensive jewelry (three trays at time) while the customer who waited 1 hour in the freezing cold never gets helped! Customer gets mad - rightfully so. Then manager tells the customer to leave and calls the police! This co-worker - I believe name is thuy. She buys the expensive jewelry on mondays sales days for $1.79 minus all her employee discounts - for resale! This has happened numerous times over the years. Former district manager, israel juarez promised this employee would not be able to make purchases any more several years ago. I believe this is unethical. Thuy has the opportunity to make her purchases with all her discounts before the sale days. I believe, if she was to be allowed to purchase (she starts her shift one hour late so she can shop on mondays); she should not get preferential treatment over other customers! There should be one line at one door to make it fair to all the customers!
