Hello Goodwill,
Cindy the Cashier said Goodwill will not take American Express cards. I asked why and she snipped "I don't know this is not my business!." She never answered my question.

I asked her name and to see her badge name and she refused. I didn't know at that time that her name would be on the receipt.

Thank you for normally giving courteous customer service.

Desired outcome: Courteousness. Helpful cooperation. Answered questions.

For many years I have had nothing but good experiences at Goodwill stores. It only takes one bad experience to notice the stark difference.
