Goodwill Industries review: Broken and misleading items they wont take back as well as price jacked items rude service

This good will has sold me a stack of video games not tested, none of them worked, total was $40. Refused to take them back. 8/27/2021 12:00 pm manager on duty was called to the front counter, she had a look of being bothered because I had a return. Refused my return, then told me they have never given refunds. That is a bold lie, I have seen people return items at this exact location. I visit it everyday sometimes 2x a day before this happened until recently. Now the prices are jacked so high, I bought a beanie baby for $20 on my last visit. Figured if the thrift had it behind a case with a $20 tag, it must be valuable? But no worthless I looked it up on eBay u can buy same exact beanie baby brittiana in better condition for 99 cent free shipping... I have given up, I will not be donating or buying or recommending this goodwill or anything from goodwill due to price jacking. Selling broken items with no return allowed policy!
