GoldCar Rental review: Never rent from goldcar rental

I have just experienced the most deplorable experience in renting a car from GOLDCARS using the service of WISECARS. I landed in Cagliari Airport expecting my car rental experience to be positive. IT was anything but that. The reservation through Wisecars used my first and last name. All of my documents used a first, MIDDLE and surname. Goldcars maintained that the names did not match (the MIDDLE name was not on the registration) and the car rental agreement could not be honoured. Moreover they would not refund the amount I had paid because I was classed as a "No Show". I found that the agents at the GOLDCARS counter were looking for an excuse and finding manufactured obstacles. DO NOT USE either GOLDCARS OR WISECARS EVER. I won't.
