Gold car is a cheap car hire company - the company makes up for being cheap by charging you for damage which was already on the vehicle. be very careful and take pictures of every small scratch as evidence. I got charged over £700 which I didn't do, and the money was taken from my account without authorisation.
The collection counter is horrendous, and it can take over an hour to collect your car.
Do not use this car hire company

Recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS CAR HIRE COMPANY
