Globe Telecom review: IPV4 connection on my globe at home prepaid router is not found

My Huawei B312-939 has LTE service and IPv6 connectivity, but the WAN IPv4 address shows Unknown. IPv4 destinations such as 8.8.8.8 are unreachable, while IPv6 destinations work normally. Please check or refresh the IPv4/APN provisioning for my SIM. My PC can connect to the internet and other browser yet my games cannot enter, it always say "Network Error" despite troubleshooting my pc, reset my router and everything but still not pushing through.

Hi. I'm having an IPv4 connectivity problem with my Huawei B312-939.

The router connects normally to LTE and shows "IPv4 status: Connected," but the Device Information page shows:

WAN IPv4 Address: Unknown
WAN IPv6 Address: 2001:fd8:19d0:d3b0:5a02:3ff:fe04:506

IPv6 Internet connectivity works normally, but IPv4 destinations such as 8.8.8.8, 1.1.1.1, and Google's IPv4 address are unreachable.

The PC-to-router connection is stable with 0% packet loss, and I've already rebooted the B312.

Could you please check or refresh the IPv4/APN provisioning or mobile data session for my SIM/account?
