Globe Telecom review: fraud

Good day,
I have a concern this is my second time, I encountered before my son paid 1500 but the cashier punched only 1200 so when my son came back in the house Ive noticed the discrepancy.I went Globe Gaisano Butuan to ask what happen the cashier didnt say anything instead she just punched another 300 which is the lacked of 1500.Now it happen again total amount of 1, 645.03 my son paid 4, 241.74 but he received a receipt amounted of 2, 597 only so when he came back I saw a discrepancy again which is lacked of 1, 645.03.Cashier zqq03242 Sevilla, Janella the cashier.Again we go back immediately she didnt say anything just to punched the lacked amount whish is 1, 645..Please investigate this situation.Im sure not only me encountered this one.Very poor services and involves money matter.Hope this will not be happening again."GLOBE GAISANO BUTUAN BRANCH"
