FromYouFlowers.com review: Never delivered flower for wake/viewing

I am on the phone with these fools right now and fit to be tied! This is the third time this has happened to me. You'd think i'd learn my lesson. I ordered a funeral standing spray three days ago. People have arrived for the viewing and it is not there! I'm getting the runaround from customer service. I have been on hold now for 20 minutes. I have been trying to resolve this for two hours. They say the florist is not answering their phones and tell me it's a "preferred florist." the customer service reps, in broken english, keep apologizing in a bizarre way that makes no sense, but are not offering any resolution. This has been escalated to a supervisor and I have to start all over again with why I am calling. I am fed up! Why treat people like this when they are grieving? The supervisor tells me (now over four hours after the wake has begun), that there is no way the flowers can be delivered today. What? What? What? What? What? What? What? What? Do these people have any idea the pain and anguish they cause? Meanwhile, my business day is shot just dealing with this.

They refuse to give me the name of the florist so that I can have a relative maybe go over and pick it up in their car if delivery is a problem. I have used this company many, many times and they seem to screw up when there is a funeral delivery. I can send flowers on any other occasion and there doesn't seem to be a problem, but wakes, memorials, and funerals! They screw up every time. Again, this is the third time! Do not order from them if it's a wake, memorial, or funeral. Just don't do it!
