I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in august 2025. In september of 2025 it failed (No refrigeration). There is a 1 year FACTORY warranty, so I called Figidaire. After 3 serviice calls it still is not running , they can not fix it. The next service man is scheduled for November 2025. That is 3 months without a refigerator that I purchased new.
NO! DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIE!
Recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE FRIGIDAIRE
new washer agitator went bad, called customer service 15 times, no help complete run around and i feel ignored its been 3 weeks
I can understand a part failing, even in the first month - it happens. But Customer Servioce should be the Part of a company that "fix errors" But the bottom line is more emportant to the company - so make the customer go away.
