Panel quit working. 3 separate repair tickets. The repairman said he could not get the part. He gave me the part number. 5304538962 He said they would give me a new fridge if they couldn't get the part. They tell me that they can't get the part but that the warranty doesn't cover replacement. They can't tell me when they can get the part. They told me that if I buy the extended warranty, it would cover replacement. So basically the warranty is useless unless I buy the extended warranty. They have no maximum on the time I have to wait for them to get the part.
Desired outcome: Repair it immediately. If you can't get the part, replace the fridge NOW.

I just want to add that the warranty explicitly states repair or replacement.
Now they have sent me a noreply email asking for my whatsapp number. I don't have whatsapp and if I did, how do you reply to a noreply email?
In the mean time, I called again. They said they found an alternative part and are sending it to my house. It should arrive in 7-10 business days. I'll be without a fridge for more than a month. If this is how their warranty works, why would I extend it?
The part came and the fridge is still broken. They said they have to verify that it is unrepairable to give me a new one. In the mean time, I got another message for someone named Kelsie to give them a WhatsApp number. Do I need to sue them?
