Bought our refrigerator from lowes aug. 2, 2026 both freezer and fridge not working I bought a new fridge to work
Now my tenant is charging me for every day that they have buy groceries for their home I going to my rent for the month
So please somebody get back to me they sent repair service now he said we a new motor new fridge I need motor ridiculous
I am so upset

We are experiencing the same issue with our frigid and can't get anyone to come back out after they sent someone to come to fix our ice maker. The person said that they needed to order a part then the frigid started beeping, then freezer went and the frigid now is not working. It's been over three weeks and still no one has come out and keep getting passed around when we call.
