I purchased a pack of Compliments Mini Cucumbers from the FreshCo in Saddletowne on October 28, 2025.
When I opened the package to eat, I was very disappointed to find that one of the cucumbers was damaged and looked spoiled (photo attached). Canada is already very expensive, and I spend my hard-earned money expecting good-quality products. It’s frustrating to receive poor-quality produce.
Please look into this matter and let me know how this issue can be resolved — through a refund, replacement, or other solution.
