Since the new sale ad came out June 26th, I have traveled to 6 different stores trying to find several advertised items. I've shopped at 10 a.m., 2 p.m., and 8 p.m. No store had in stock the advertised F/L ice cream, Athena cantaloupes, nor Boston butts. No store would give me a rain check.
I know I'm just 1 measly customer that Food Lion will never miss, but I'm done with y'all. I'll be much better off traveling to Publix, Lowes Foods, or any other store. Food Lion has ruined the grocery business, as taking over Bi-Lo was extremely bad for consumers.
Further, after visiting those 6 stores hunting for merchandise, at least 3 times I literally had to interrupt several employees from talking/playing on their cell phones to ask for assistance.
Thanks, I'll shop elsewhere.

Alright, it’s time to switch gears. You've already given Food Lion enough chances and they’ve proven they can’t deliver. Redirect your energy towards stores that actually value your time and money. When employees are more focused on their phones than helping you, it's a clear sign that it's not worth your effort. Move on to a store that appreciates your business and gives you the service and products you're looking for. No need to look back.
