I traveled with Flynas from Cairo to Jeddah on March 3, 2025. I filed a damaged baggage claim at Jeddah Airport (Claim Ref: 27644). I was later asked to provide personal documents and bank account information for a refund — which I submitted over a month ago.
Since then, I have received no refund, no update, and no response — despite multiple follow-ups. Flynas has closed cases without explanation and ignored all my emails. I even escalated to the CEO and received no reply.
I’ve submitted a formal complaint to GACA (General Authority of Civil Aviation, Saudi Arabia) and plan to pursue this through all available channels.
I’m sharing this to warn others about the unacceptable service and lack of accountability.
