Flight Hub told me it was WestJet set travel credit expiry date, the same date of my booking cancellation, April 29, 2025. I phoned WestJet, they said it was the thirty party, Flight Hub that set the expiry date. Now Flight Hub will NOT fix it as it has already expired. I strongly feel that Flight Hub is here to scam customers. From Reddit, TripAdvisor and other website, I can definitely see all bad reviews about Flight Hub. I sincerely hope the Canadian Authorities will step in and investigate many complaints.

Desired outcome: Fix my travel credit expiry date to April 29, 2026 so that I can rebook my flight.
