FlightHub Cancellation refund

I cancelled my ticket on December 1, 2014 (more than 2 months ago!) and on December 1 after my cancellation I was told that I would get my refund within 4-6 weeks. It has been over two months and every time I called them they kept saying its "under process". Now when I called 2 days ago they said that the payment was never initiated and that it will take another 4-6 weeks from now!
I am a student and it is a lot of money for me. I used FlightHub often to book tickets to go home to see my parents but now after this bad experience I probably will never use FlightHub again. I don't know who to get in touch with or when they will refund my money.

hello dear

on 25 of January, I had a flight from Toronto to Kuwait by transit in Istanbul, through Turkish Airlines, then on the same day the Turkish Airlines sent me an email and canceled it because of the bad weather and stormes in Istanbul. so I am looking for to get a refund as soon as possible and please don't ask me to contact Turkish Airlines because I contacted them and they told me that I have to contact you and ask you about the refund. ticket number:[protected]

Flight Hub is not professional at all. I canceled my flight once and made it into credit. In other words, I still have money as a credit at Flight Hub. Finally I decided to use my credit for going back to my country and call them. They always told me to call them back in 3 hours because they do not have any seats available and wait to be updated. In fact, It has been happening in 8 days everyday and they never found me a ticket. Finally, I was pretending to called them as a new customer who do not have any credit to them. Surprisingly, they said that they have a lot of seats available for the date that I was trying to book. Then I told them that I want to use my money as a credit there which is 1000 dollar for my ticket. Suddenly, they said their computer is error and I have to call them back in about 2-3 hours. I contacted them since feb 12, 2016 and now its feb 24 and I haven'y got any answered from them. Lastly, they will never call you back although they always ask your number and said in case disconnected they will call us back. I will never ever ever use flight hub anymore.

I have same situation as you ! however mine was from august due to the lost of one of the family member I had to cancel the ticket. !. Every time I called in, they made me waited for hours, then say the refund is under the process ! I am also a student myself, I have school to concentrate on BUT most of time is thinking of how to get my refund back ! I have been waiting for 6 months now and it is so frustrated. I hope someone could do something about this. THIS IS FRAUD ! I will never booking any flight tickets with FlightHub as well.

FlightHub customer service

The air company changed the departure times.
Either flighthub didn't know, or they knew but failed to inform me, the result is that I showed up at the wrong time and missed my plane.

Nothing wrong on my part, right ? You'd think that the air company or Flighthub would re-book or reimburse, or something ? Wrong, it's my fault, for not confirming that the departure times were still the same as when I bought the ticket...

Unbelievable !
It was a trip to Asia, so I bought another ticket, you can imagine my loss, in missing time, and in $$$$... enough said.
I don't think I will use them again.

FlightHub horrible non-service

Good Day,

I booked a ticket with you a few days ago [protected] and your agent spelt my name wrong. She cancelled the ticket, charged me $75.00 to do an 'investigation' and assured me that I would get that money back.
I then booked another ticket with the right name and got confirmation of that ticket [protected], I phoned my bank and the amount of $1375.86 has been taken off my credit card on Dec. 14, 2014 at 6:03 pm. Then your company tried to put that amount through on my credit card again at 7:18 pm the same day and was a declined. I talked to my bank today and the funds of $1375.86 are not on my credit card. You have that money, and, I have no ticket. Can you please give me that money back as soon as possible so I may make my flight arrangements? Ii have tried to talk to a supervisor in your twice in the last 2 days and have been told that no one is available. I am serious about this, you have my money and I want it back immediately.

FlightHub ticket cancelled

I booked a flight to go home on 11th December, 2014. My flight Reference number is : [protected]. On the night before that I got very sick and I unfortunately could not travel. So I cancelled the ticket and I was told that I get a full credit to use to book another ticket to the same place and I have room to use the ticket for a year.

I have been trying to use my credit and all flighthub agents have done is put me on hold for 40 to 30 minutes and then cancel the call.All the times they have promised to call back and they never do.The customer service agents are not only very rude but inconsiderate of their customer's time. I have been exchanging between me and my boyfriend to call them but to no avail.

I am not stranded between just giving up that ticket with all the amount it cost and just give up and may be never see my family this Christmas season and my sick mum.

It is my credit that I paid for, all I want is to use it to book a new ticket but flighthub has done nothing but stress me even more without any kind of help. I have called and spoken to different customer service who all of them have done nothing at all to assist. I am lost, I am sad and mad at how they are treating me and my own money.

FlightHub bad service/sudden flight changes

I booked a flight with FlightHub back in October when the prices were cheap from Victoria to Puerto Vallarta Mexico, where I then rented a house for myself and my partner at some expense. Nine days ago, I received an email from FlightHub that my itinerary has changed and I am responsible for calling Delta to find out what it was changed to. A little annoyed that this was my responsibility, but ce la vie I thought. After I did so, I was then told by Delta that the changes were not major and I needed to have my ticket re-issued by my travel agent -- a firm based in Montreal. After calling this company, they then redirected me to FlightHub to reissue the ticket, saying FlightHub had all responsibility for the ticket once it had been sold through them. So far, a little annoying, but still fine. Then I called FlightHub who told me after two confusing phone calls that my connections would no longer work and Delta had no choice but to CANCEL my ticket for a full refund. That was the only option. All other flights around the same time were booked. This seemed incredibly unjust (as I had rented a place down there, taken time off work, etc) and so I called Delta to confirm that they in fact couldn't do anything. In fact, they could. They put me on an earlier Alaska Airlines flight so everything would work. I was then to call back FlightHub to have my ticket re-issued, only to have them tell me there was a problem with another connection. They didn't offer to call Delta to deal with it. So once again, back to Delta, who tell me the agents at FlightHub don't know what they are talking about, and the connections are fine. Back to FlightHub for another hour-long phone call on hold. The agent will not take my word that the connections are fine and interrupts me several times during the conversation. Generally condescending attitudes throughout my experience with FlightHub staff. After asking her to call Delta to sort it out, it is finally sorted out. 4 hours later -- too much time wasted and not worth the money spent on the ticket. Terrible customer service and bad business practice. FlightHub should sort out these issues directly with the airline, not force the customer to spend hours on the phone armed with only misleading and inaccurate information from their staff.

FlightHub cancelled my tickets on last minute

Booked a flight for my wife and my daughter. Flight Hub Booking Reference Number: [protected]. Date of transaction: Nov 11, 2014. Today on November 20/2014 (one day before the flight) I received an email from Flight Hub that my confirmed tickets has been cancelled because the fare price of this flight segment has been cancelled. If I want to get the same flight I have to pay $1000 more what I paid initially. According to Flight Hub rep, China Eastern Airlines is asking more for these tickets now and they cannot honor the price what I paid. This is a big FRAUD. I paid the full price what was asked on Flight Hub website on Nov 11/2014 and even flight hub confirmed the tickets and now they are refusing to honor the price. What a big hassle I am in now. Very POOR service.
I spoke with the supervisor Brando (ID# 3055BD) and he was unable to help me with this at all. As per Brando, no one can help me with this issue. What a professionalism (piece of ###).
I was sent the confirmation email on Nov 12/2014 that "Your reservation is booked and your electronic tickets are ready! No need to call us to reconfirm this reservation." I was even provided with China Eastern Airlines eTicket Numbers.
I insist everyone not to use Flight Hub. Very bad service.

FlightHub change of destination

I purchased a 2 tickets with FlightHub and they are refusing to honour their policy cancellation that was provided to me at the time of purchase.
I called to change my flight from one destination to another, the trip is in 2 months, and they refuse to let me do that even if I paid the fee they state in their change/cancellation policy on their website as well as on my itinerary and email. I then tried to cancel the whole trip and pay the fee for that and they will not let me. Only thing I can do is pay a fee to "hold" my trip for one year. Meaning same destination and the same people. NO CHANGE. All I want to do is change my destination without forfeiting all my money. Im taking my mother who has cancer on a lovely vacation for finishing her chemotherapy and its turning into hell for me. Your reps are rude and very ignorant to me. Getting a supervisor on the phone is impossible (currently waiting 1.5 hours on the phone ON HOLD). Im getting told there is absolutely nothing they can do but "hold" the vacation for a later time. I can't even get a credit for another trip, change, or even cancel my trip.

FlightHub faulty website results in surprise charges

After attempting to book a flight with this company on their online website via my iPad, and waiting through a very long loading time on the confirmation page, I was alerted that "my request could not be processed at this time" and i was sent back to the first page to start my booking all over again. I waited a little while and saw no email confirming anything, so i assumed since i never saw a "thank you for booking" or any type of booking confirmation (AND A MESSAGE SAYING THAT IT COULD NOT BE PROCESSED AT THIS TIME), that i was still without a flight. Since the flights were on sale i decided to go directly through the airline and grab one of the last sale seats. Two days later while checking my CC payments i noticed that i had two charges from the airline. So i went in my email and saw that an email had come through later that night from FlightHub confirming the flight that was what i had thought to be "not processed". I called the company and was on the phone with them for over an hour. Throughout the conversation i was told that I was lying about the information, that it was too bad and it was non refundable and that i would need to try to cancel the 2nd flight i booked through the actual airline. I said that since it was a fault of FlightHub not AirCanada, that i would like to speak to a supervisor and explain to them what happened, as since it is an error from FlightHubs page they should be the ones to refund the flight. The supervisor told me that i was out of luck and that he felt since i did not print the notification that the flight didnt go through that i was lying. I asked to speak to a manager and I was informed that there are NO MANAGERS for this company. The company just doesnt have them, and he is the highest up person that I would get to talk to. Now i have two flights for myself on the same days. My sale flight just became twice the price :) Thanks flighthub.

FlightHub rep lies and gives fake promises

I decided to book flight through the website www.flighthub.com. I choose the dates and booked the flight, but after one week I needed to cancel it, ‘coz of some personal problems. I spoke with the rep, who agreed to cancel my tickets, but after that I heard promises and this jerk did nothing at all. Of course, in the end he told me that it was impossible and no money back. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this company.

I've phoned Flighthub customer care number to change an air line reservation or getting info what possibilities were. The guy at the phone clearly misunderstood my request (since most of them have clearly a foreigner accent) and I've got charged almost twice the cost of my reservation because weird fees, far more than loosing the past reservation and buy...
