First Premier Bankgetting calls from unknown name, unknown number!

I was getting calls that caller ID showed as unknown name, unknown number. No message left on the answer machine. After a few weeks of these calls, I answer. I'm (first name only) of premier bank calling about your credit card. I tell them I have no card, they tell me that I do and I'm past due. They want personal info to resolve this. I tell them to take a hike. Calls keep coming. I answer again. I tell them I need their last name. They say NO, for security reasons. I tell them I can't give them personal info, they could be scamming.

I look up the bank and get a phone #, finally talk to a person. There is an account, right name, wrong address, wrong last 4 of SSN. They say they will pass it to security.

I ask about the way I'd been getting these calls, they say, STANDARD PRACTICE. They have no caller ID, no last name, they use an electronic dialer and leave no message - and they expect people to cooperate. Terrible policy. I wonder if the calls will stop???? This is a shaky business at best, I would not trust these people. Who regulates this kind of stuff anyway...

Since I lost my job they have been calling me twice a day and hanging up with no caller ID. Annoying.

First Premier sent me, an application for their card, NOT REQUESTED BY ME!! And, inluded in the "sales pitch" was a notation that BEFORE the card would be activate, I had to send a payment of $75.00!!! Everything sent bad vibes, and I did not mail the "fee", and tore up the app. & card. One month later, on a statement from my bank, I was shocked to see that these crooks made an automatic [EFT] deduction from my acct. in the amt. of the $75.00 fee!! And, in talking to the bank, well, they can't, or won;t do a darn thing unless I can come up w/ the person{s] involved with transaction! And, to make matters worse, I NEVER GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANYONE, and since this was just a letter, HOW DID THEY GET THAT INFO.? Oh, and that phone number, is now disconnected and not one soul will answer my questions!! And, this has been my number obne mission since this whole fiasco started! Does anyone know: 1] His "real" name? 2} A working ph. #? 3] What affiliation, such as another bank that he;s connected with? I am at the end of my rope, and being single, disabled and "trying" to make mends meet w/ a meager SSDI chk., [pay housing, utilities, oil for heating, countless medical bills, purchase food [other than "Ramen noodles"] & so much more... If anyone is able to help, I'd be eternally graeful. Thanks in advance, Patti

I also have a Premier Bank card that was closed but they keep adding fees on it. I told them I was unable to pay because I lost my job due to my health but they don't care. Premier Bank just keep calling me 10 times a day. I even got to the point where I would have other people answer my phone to play jokes on them. Now they just hold the phone. Isn't this illegal or what? I told them just to send it to some one else. No they would not do this since they just like adding more fees.

I forgot to say I had a master and a visa. They close the visa and I havn't heard anything about this one. Does anyone know how to get them to stop calling? *77 does not work because then they call from the regular number.

I am having the same exact problem. First Premier Bank is calling me with an unknown number telling me I have a MasterCard with them and I don't. They wanted me to give them my info, so I suspected it was a phishing call and wouldn't give them anything. They refused to tell me what info they have for me until I spoke to a supervisor who was extremely rude. Turns out they have a different address, city, state and SSN. I've been told several times that they will stop calling, but they don't. I get approximately 12 to 15 calls a day from them. I finally had to *77 so they cannot call without unblocking their phone number.
