On October 25, My son. Jonathan Richardson took his 2008 Toyota Camry to Firestone Total Auto Care for a diagnostic test for a coolant issue he was experiencing and left with a busted head gasket caused by the mechanic. He left in worse shape than when he arrived (over $2,000 worth of damage). He was charged $850. Firestone is denying responsibility.

Desired outcome: A Total refund of the $850 and cancelation of the Firestone Credit Card that this purchase was placed.
