I've been doing business with this company for almost 2 years. They have been fantastic to deal with even during the covid pandemic. They always answer my questions and help me find the right parts for my car. The website is easy to navigate and has a wide selection of products. The prices are reasonable and they often have sales and discounts. Shipping is fast and the items always arrive in good condition. I highly recommend Import Image Racing, LLC for all your car parts needs. They are reliable and provide excellent customer service.

This company, Import Image Racing, is a complete mess when it comes to communication. I work at a dealership, and we received a mysterious package from them. It has been a real struggle to contact anyone from the company for several days now. We desperately need to find out which customer this part belongs to, but it seems impossible to get a response from them.

Package was supposably delivered by FedEx. Never received package and they are telling me to contact the company. Been emailing the company and calling and leaving messages and no one is getting back to me.

I've been doing business with this company for about 8 months and they've been doing a great job. They've helped me with all my questions and responded in a timely manner. I'm looking forward to continuing to do business with them. Great team!

I just made my second order from Import Image Racing and I'm really happy. I used the "fast track" option and got my order the next day in Dallas, TX! I can't say much about their customer service since I've never had to contact them. They processed my orders quickly and accurately both times. Their prices are good and they have a nice variety for my Subaru WRX. I'll definitely buy from them again!

Customer Beware - I ordered a Oxygen sensor for a 2006 WRX. I was told by my Authorized Emissions Tech it was not the correct one. I requested a refund and sent the part back. After about a month I contacted this company via email. Apparently they are unable to use a phone to actually talk with a client. I was informed that the part had been used and could not be credited back into inventory. I was shown pictures that were showing a part that looked used, but certainly was not the part I returned. It is at their discretion whether they want to honor your return or not. So I am out the price of the part as well as the shipping. Stick with a business that you can actually talk to and has "GOOD" reviews.

I ordered a turbo inlet for my 08 Wrx and it took almost 2 weeks to get it, but when I finally did, it was the wrong one. I tried to find a phone number to call them, but they don't even have one. So, I started a chat with someone from customer service and asked them to replace the incorrect item with the right one. All they told me was that they're waiting for the distributor to respond. I told them that it doesn't matter what the distributor says because it's still wrong. After another week of trying to get an answer about replacing the inlet, I decided to order one from another company. Surprisingly, the other company had it delivered in just 2 days. I asked for a return label and help with returning the item for a refund, but it's been another week and I still haven't received anything. This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced and they don't seem to know anything about the products they sell. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

This company is one of the worst I've dealt with. Their customer service is terrible, you can't even call them, so you have to use their chat. It takes them forever to respond to simple questions. It took them 3 business days just to tell me that the part I ordered, which was listed as in stock, was actually out of stock. I only found this out when I asked why it hadn't shipped yet. Who knows how long it would have taken for them to tell me otherwise. I decided to give them another chance when they assured me that the alternative part was definitely in stock and would be shipped the next day. I asked if they would cover the shipping cost since their mistake had already caused a 3-day delay. They said no, but promised it would ship the next morning, which, of course, it didn't. So not only did I pay extra for faster shipping to get it on time because of their mistake, but they still haven't shipped it, so that extra cost is pointless now. Also, the only customer service representative who bothers to respond to my chat messages only works in the evenings, so it's often too late to resolve anything as shipments have already gone out for the day. You guys lost a potential customer, especially when other car part retailers usually try to make things right when they mess up. There has been none of that from iiR.

I ordered a part from this business and they took the money from my account. But they haven't refunded me or shipped the part yet. This is not okay.

I ordered a sprintex 210 supercharger from this company on June 22nd and they said it would be shipped between July 6th-10th. Every time I contact them, they say they don't have any info on my order. I just want my order canceled right away, my money back, and nothing to do with this company!

On 2/19, I placed an order for an *** Racing Catback Track exhaust for my 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe. I ordered it in the morning and was told it would be shipped either that day or later on Tuesday afternoon. However, it's been two business weeks now and my exhaust still hasn't been shipped. I've sent them several emails and voicemails, but they haven't bothered to get back to me. It's frustrating because they took my money quickly but failed to deliver the product.

I bought a COBB turbo inlet hose from Import Image Racing, LLC for my 2007 Subaru WRX. The listing on their website said it was compatible with XXXX-XXXX STI and XXXX-XXXX WRX models. However, this information was incorrect according to COBB. The product is actually meant for XXXX-XXXX STI ONLY! As a result, I had to break several parts to remove my original inlet hose, rendering it unusable. Now my car is out of commission because of this mistake in the product listing.

I tried to get a refund, but they didn't answer the phone. They also didn't respond to my emails or messages about my orders. I waited for 5 months for my order and asked if it was too late for a refund, but they never got back to me. I kept trying to contact them, but their phone lines don't work and they don't respond to my emails. I talked to their CEO on Instagram, and he threatened to post about me on his page. All I want is my refund.

On 3/17, I paid 385 dollars for a set of white rims from Import Image Racing, LLC. I've been eagerly waiting for this website to have these rims available all year. They kept sending me emails every week, advertising the rims. So, when I saw that they were finally in stock, I immediately placed my order. However, to my disappointment, the rims were never shipped, and now the website claims that they are sold out. It has been a real struggle trying to reach their customer service to cancel my order. I've only received one response in 3 hours, and they asked if I wanted a different rim instead. But since then, I haven't heard back from them at all. I really need a full refund as soon as possible.

I bought something from Import Image Racing, LLC that was supposed to be in stock. I paid extra for two-day shipping, which cost me $39.77. It's been two weeks now, and I haven't received any updates from them. I paid over $300 for the item I ordered, but it still hasn't arrived. They were really quick to take my money, but they don't answer their phone or respond to emails. They tell you to use their chat section instead, but when you do, it says it will take hours to get a response. I've tried six times and never got a reply. I was planning to buy more stuff from them, but now I'm having second thoughts.

I made an order on or about 9/3 for a Yellow Speed Premium Competition Coilover kit for my Porsche 944. On 9/10, I received a shipment that included 1 small-sized shirt, 1 window banner, and several stickers that I didn't ask for but was still charged for. This was only one of two shipments. When I checked the website, it said that the item was in stock. I received an email stating that they were preparing my order for shipment. However, later on, I was informed that my order was actually on backorder and would take 18 days to pack and ship. I requested a refund, but they told me it would cost me $300. I tried suggesting that they ship an item of equal value instead, but I didn't receive any response.

I ordered from Import Image Racing on February 14th, spending $1836. My order number is X-XXXXXX. They informed me that the item was out of stock and would be shipped within 3 months. On May 12th, I received an email stating that they finally had the item in stock and it would be shipped soon. However, every week since then, they keep saying they are "slow" and that it will ship the following week. It has now been 4 1/2 months, and I still haven't received the order that was supposed to ship within 3 months. I have been continuously lied to about the shipping date, and now both Seibon Carbon and Import Image Racing are ignoring my messages.

I ordered a product from Import Image Racing, LLC but it never arrived, even though I paid for it. I've been trying to contact the company to resolve the issue, but they haven't been able to help me. I placed the order on April 6, but I never received any email confirming that the package was shipped. I did receive shipping confirmations for all my other parts, except for the wastegate actuator. I sent emails to the company on 5/18, 5/29, 6/12, and 7/2, but they didn't provide any resolution. I even attached the emails I sent and received from the company, as well as the receipt from the leasing company that I used to pay for the product. The lease has already been paid off.

I ordered a part from Import Image Racing, LLC that was not in stock. They said it would take about 2 months to get it, but I couldn't wait that long. I asked for a refund if they didn't have anything similar in the same price range. Unfortunately, they don't have the item and now they want me to pay a restocking fee. They also want me to pay for the shipping label, even though they haven't shipped anything to me. On top of that, they're not refunding the extra money I paid for three-day shipping. They're keeping my money for no reason and they're not responding to me. I haven't been rude or cursed at them, I just want my money back since I didn't receive the product.

I paid for next day shipping on a set of avid.1 a-06 rims, a set of 4, and that was on March 17th, which was Wednesday. It is now March 19th, Friday, and I don't have so much as an email regarding the rims. I should already be receiving them today. I needed them before Saturday to get my daily driver back on the road. I need a refund for the order. If they can take payment instantaneously, then I should be able to cancel the order and have my money back today. I tried reaching out to cancel, but the customer service support is very limited and slow to respond. I received a single message through their website chat saying they would find out the status of the order. But I need this resolved as soon as possible. The only way I don't need a refund is if they make the delivery happen today. Due to the reviews of similar issues with them, it seems highly unlikely they can make it happen.

This company is absolutely terrible. I ordered some stuff for my sti and it came quickly with good customer service at first. But once they got my money, they disappeared. I got a complete fog light kit for my sti because it didn't come with any. The description said it had everything I needed, including wiring and a new switch bezel. It sounded perfect, so I ordered it. But when I finally got my order, all I got was the glass housings, a plastic mount, and cheap power/ground wires. The website clearly said it came with more, and when I asked about it, they just said they needed to contact the distributor. They only fixed the description after I told them to change it so they don't have this problem again. They offered me a $30 refund to buy the harness and switch separately, but the harness alone costs $70. So instead of making more money from me, I'll make sure to warn everyone about how terrible this company is. Mistakes happen, but how you fix them and use your customer service is what separates a good company from a great one. I wouldn't even buy a simple oil drain plug crush washer from these guys.
