Firehouse Subs review: Time consuming

9/18/26 firehouse sub at 1588 Simpson U, at S 49, Magee, Ms. 39111 at 5:55 pm. We made our order and there not a dozen people in the restaurant at this time but, we waited 40 minutes for our order, the staff acted like they did not what to do at all, I could hear them keep asking what was next to do, there five employees there, and all the customers in there was all waiting on their order. Also, there was a woman from her workplace that had placed several orders and was waiting a long time after we finely received our order and some other people was sitting close to us and she asking all of us how long had we been waiting on our order so we told the time and had to get her money back because she could not wait any longer she had to back to work. One the ladies had told us that two people had to go home and that's why they are short of employees, but they acted like they did not know what to do about fixing peoples orders, why does it take all employees to fix one order, they should have been all working on different orders other than just one order at a time. That was the first time to ever eat at Firehouse subs and maybe our last the price was just too much for two sub meals at 41.00 dollars is a lot. There was a lot more people complaining about the service of time too.
