On Sunday December 15 2024 I ordered a Medium Montague All Meat Marvel Pizza with Heavy sauce and Extra cheese which I Didn't get.I want a refund of $41.20 because I was extremely dissatisfied with the pizza.It was delivered to me and it came to me late by about 20 minutes because Door Dash driver couldn't find me.The delivery charge was $6.00 extra.The pizza was poorly made for the price that I paid for.

On Sunday, June 11, 2023 at approximately 3:30 in the afternoon, I went to the Round Table Pizza on Regal Street on the south hill in Spokane WA with my friend and my 2 year old goddaughter. Upon entering the establishment it was void of any customers and there was nobody to greet us. As it was our first time in the restaurant we didn't know what to do. We walked through an inner door and my friend yelled out if anybody was there? A gentleman appeared and told us to be seated, to look at the menu and come up when ready to order. The menu prices were very very high. For the sake of economy we ordered a small pizza with white sauce and three toppings. Each item was priced individually. Together with a glass of beer our meal came to over $40.00. Although the restaurant was empty we waited for our order for over 45 minutes for our piZa. During this entire time no employee checked on us nor offered any explanation for the delay. Toward the end of our wait we received a phone call which prompted us to opt for our order to go due to an emergency at home. We had to call out for an employee as there were none around. A young man appeared and we told him we needed our order to go. We watched him put our pizza in a box and bring it to us. He approached us quickly with no expression and literally threw our pizza at me. He did not say anything at all. Just as we had no greeting upon our arrival, we had no words upon our exit. The pizza was very tasty yet this was the worst dining experience I've ever had. The customer service was poor and our dining experience was worse. We will never frequent the Round Table Pizza again.
Desired outcome: Nothing other than for this complaint to be acknowledged and for the South Hill Round Table Pizza to know of our dissatisfaction.
