Firehouse Subs review: Poor service firehouse subs at Uptoen Station, Ft Walton Beach, FL ( 1 comment)

I went to the above business at 6:45 pm April 16, 2026. All of the chairs were upside down on the tables. A middle aged woman and her mother walked in before me. The staff putt two chairs a the floor for them. I placed my order and the two women said I could have their table and chairs. The loudly announced that they would take their meal home. My food was barely warm. While eating the employees turned a family of four away as they scrubbed the floor around me. I presume the family was told they were closing. As I left I asked what time they closed. I was told 9:00 pm. It was shortly after 7:00 pm at that time. WTH?
