On Friday, May 8th my co-worker and I ordered off the app. My app said that I would get a 50% discount. The app would not honor my 50% discount. I called the store and they said that they couldn't do anything about the app so I asked them to cancel my order. My co-worker and I ordered off her app. So, I went to go pick up that order and noticed that the $25.53 had been taken out of my bank account. When I picked up the other order, they didn't have my order there so I knew they had canceled it. I told the guy at the register and he told me that he had went in a deleted the order for me. He hadn't had the chance because they had been busy. The money was never put back in my account. I have been up there 3 times and the last time the same guy called the store manager and they took all of my contact information because I was told that the store owner is the only person that can do refunds. Tomorrow it will be 1 week and I still have not been refunded my money. Please refund my money...
