Staff not helpful. Just there to sell overpriced Subs. Had coupon for buy one and get in free. Sorry we can’t help you with that. If you want a sub we have it. We know nothing about the app. Tried to order it but the site is difficult to navigate. Ended up with 2 subs I did not want and never was able to use coupon.
Sorry, We have nothing to do with the app! Overpriced subs and unfriendly service. The food was not that wonderful , would not go back!

I have always ordered online Same experience I got a promotion for a free medium sub that didn’t work in the app I tried to redeem points for a free sub- same thing. I believe this is by design. I got the same “I don’t know anything about the app” routine at the store. I went to the firehouselistens.com for the survey only to find out that you can’t actually access their survey! All a scam! If you want a sub buy one but that’s all you should expect!
