Firehouse Subs review: May 6 mike appreciation day that fire house subs ran out of steak and didn't no offer a substitute

May 6, 2026 Mike appreciation day, went to get my free cheese steak , but they were all out of steak and I asked if they offered any replacement but they said no, So then I tried to call the fire house subs in Strongsville at 17250 Royalton Rd to make sure they has steak but there phone said they had not set up voice mail so I couldn't reach then Firehouse subs should of been prepared for the May 6 rush
