I got an email with a coupon for free shipping, and today I received another one for 25% off. The emails didn't mention anything about not being able to use both coupons together, but when I tried, it wouldn't let me. I've shopped with you many times before, so I was hoping for a better experience. Next time, I'll make sure to look around and compare prices before deciding to shop with you.

Shopping online is great. I got my order right on time and in perfect condition. However, I'm gonna send it back 'cause I wanna exchange it for something that's 100% cotton. The only thing I don't like is the material 'cause it's a mix of polyester and cotton. But overall, I'm pretty satisfied with my online order, except for the materials.

1) It was a real pain in the neck trying to narrow down my choices on the website. I just wanted to shop quickly and efficiently, but it seemed like an impossible task.

2) I was really excited about the VIP 20% discount, but to my disappointment, it didn't apply to any of the items I wanted to order. I had my heart set on getting some Landau pants and Landau fabric by the yard, but no luck with the discount.

3) The customer service team tried to make things right by giving me a free shipping code called "HERO" for the fabric. I thought, hey, at least I can save some money on the shipping charge. But guess what? The code didn't work either. Talk about frustration!

Overall, my shopping experience with A1Scrubs was a total headache. I had high hopes for finding what I needed and saving some cash, but it just didn't pan out.

A1scrubs done did me dirty, y'all. They went ahead and charged me for some stuff that they ain't even got no more. Like, seriously? How you gonna take my money for something you don't even have? And to top it off, they didn't even bother to let me know until like two and a half days later. Talk about shady business practices.

So, I called them up, right? I asked for a refund, 'cause I ain't about to pay for something I ain't gonna get. And you know what they told me? They said, "Don't you worry, honey. You'll get your refund within 24 hours." Well, guess what? It's been like two whole days now, and I ain't seen a single dime in my account. Not even a little ol' pending request. Nada. Zilch.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. I was really looking forward to a good experience with A1scrubs, but they let me down big time. Not only did they mess up my order, but they also failed to deliver on their promise of a quick refund. It's like they don't even care about their customers, you know?

I'm still waiting on that refund, and I ain't holding my breath. At this point, I don't even know if I'll ever see my money again. It's a real shame, 'cause I had high hopes for A1scrubs. I've bought stuff from A1 before, and I was happy with what I got and how they treated me. But it's a bummer that they don't seem to sell ScrubZone scrubs anymore. As a vet tech, I wanna look good, but my scrubs go through a lot! I can't wear those fancy fabrics 'cause they get snagged real easy by a rogue toenail, you know?
This time, I went with Cherokee instead, but let me tell ya, the fit and the whole design, where they put the pockets and all that, it's totally different.

It would be really helpful if you guys added a sorting tab for snap front or button front tops. It's a real pain to have to search through all the different brands just to find the style I want. It would save me so much time and effort if I could just click on a tab and see all the snap front or button front tops in one place. It's frustrating to have to scroll through endless pages of tops that don't fit what I'm looking for. So please, consider adding this feature to your website.
