A1Scrubs

I had a bit of trouble with A1Scrubs when I tried to place an order. You see, I wanted to use a different billing address than the shipping address, but I couldn't figure out how to do it. It left me feeling unsure if my order actually went through or not.

It would be really helpful if you guys added a sorting tab for snap front or button front tops. It's a real pain to have to search through all the different brands just to find the style I want. It would save me so much time and effort if I could just click on a tab and see all the snap front or button front tops in one place. It's frustrating to have to scroll through endless pages of tops that don't fit what I'm looking for. So please, consider adding this feature to your website. It would make shopping so much easier and more convenient. Thanks!

I really don't like how I have to go back to the start every time I want to look at a different item. It's such a hassle, you know? And it's also annoying that I can't see all the tops in the same category at once. Like, why do I have to keep clicking and going back just to compare them? But hey, I didn't give up! I decided to give it another shot just now, and this time I used PayPal instead of my credit card. Surprisingly, there were no issues on their end with the credit card. Go figure!

I mean, come on, A1Scrubs! If you're gonna have a coupon code option, at least make sure it actually works. And if you're gonna have customer service hours, make sure someone is actually available to help during those hours. It's not rocket science, folks.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to getting that sweet discount on my scrubs. Hopefully, A1Scrubs can get their act together and fix these issues. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
